Filiz Algaç

I was born in 1972 in Karşıyaka (also known as 35.5 😊) and currently live in Mavişehir. I am a Textile Engineer and spent 31 years working in corporate companies as a senior executive. During this time, attention to detail, commitment to quality, speed, and customer satisfaction became the foundation of my professional discipline.

After retiring from the company where I worked for 24 years, I realized that I’m not someone who can stay idle. That’s when I decided to take a professional step into the real estate sector, which I had been passionate about for many years.

I combine my experience in analytical thinking, reporting, international client relations, and process management from the textile industry with the values of trust, data-driven pricing analysis, and strategic marketing in real estate.
